Pin Oak Parkway Inn

Overall - clean enough for our one night stay. There was some hair on the shower wall. The top of the toilet lid had something on it that was dirty, not sure if it was easily cleanable or stained because I simply didn't touch it. The hairdryer, fridge, and air conditioning work great. The only thing that makes this place off putting is the need for updates. I'm not one to really care about all that, but you can tell by the yellowing of the bed sheets, and some of the wear and tear that they are not necessarily stained or dirty, they just look really old. They served breakfast which was a waffle maker, Raisin Bran cereal, Froot Loops cereal, powdered doughnuts, mini chocolate and blueberry muffins, bagels, and a couple other things, I just cant remember, but it was all gluten/starch. Overall, I would recommend this hotel for a quick stay.

The staff was absolutely awesome!so friendly and helpful and the room was absolutely incredible! the beds were so comfortable and and I slept so good!I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone that needs a good room that won't break the bank and gives you a nice view as well

I want to start by saying that dont judge this book by its cover. The way the place is set up looks rather sketchy but this is the 2nd time I have brought my family to stay at this hotel. Both times it was 1 of the cheapest hotels that I could find on all booking sites, being under $100. I almost booked a room at a place that was going to charge me $188 for 1 night and over half of the reviews were awful. Pin Oak Pkwy Inn is a very clean hotel and it has alot less bad reviews online than most better hotel by price that I looked at. It is a bit outdated and still has actual keys for the rooms instead of a key card, of course its nothing fancy but im here to tell you that this place is clean, has good customer service and from what I have seen there arent any sketchy people around anywhere. There arent any bed bugs or any bugs in general that I have seen. The rooms are always clean and they always smell fresh upon entering. They have good wifi all the way around and have a seasonal smaller outdoor pool. The beds are really comfortable also. You cant beat the price and quality of this place for the price. I have nothing bad to say about this hotel. Both of my family experiences have been wonderful. Thank you Pin Oak Pkwy Inn for a cheap and clean hotel in Pigeon Forge and we look forward ro staying with yoy all again in the future.

I had no idea coming in what a hotel that cost 34 dollars a night would cost! I had read so many bad reviews for other hotels in that price range and I was so worried. It was not dirty, no bed bugs or roaches. Although I did wipe everything down with Clorox and sprayed the bed for bed bugs the room was decent. The room had a small microwave and a decent size mini fridge which was awesome so we could store left overs and reheat them! The staff weren't rude, not extra social, but I'm not either. I would recommend this inn if you are not looking to spend a lot of time in your room but to sleep and hang out for a bit. I wouldn't recommend if you have small children, it's not a resort! Oh the TV worked and WIFI worked! The room was small for some reason there was a table and two chairs on one side of the bed and there was no breakfast but I didn't mind. The pool was also not open but I didn't mind that either it was the end of April and still a little chilly. No bad experience here, none of my stuff was stolen from the room the staff came as asked if we needed any linen or toiletries each day and vacuumed the floor while we were out! Oh and no crazies pounding on our door! I

Better than most at this price. We've been driving around america for a few weeks and usually a place like this costs $15 more. Cleaner than most. Floors were just redone. Beds are good. Guy at the desk was great. Nothing fancy. Just a place to rest your head. Shame about no breakfast. They have a really good set up. Stupid COVID still making it hard for everyone.

The place isn't that bad. There were a few things I didn't like. I got the room with a hot tub which was really small, it can fit 2 uncomfortable or one comfortably. I couldn't use my switch on the TV due to a lack of humidity outlet on TV and one of the cleaning people left my room door open in the middle of the day and I saw it driving by so I closed it. That made my room easily able to have someone take my stuff bit I'm glad no one did. Other than that they did not have bedbugs, I took the bed entire apart like I always do to look. My room was clean and I had plenty of towels. The microwave was very comical, never seen one like that

The rooms were a little off. The rooms used to be smoking rooms and it still smell smokey a bit. The room was clean over all but the inside of the faucet handle was yucky. The bed was very clean and comfortable.

I accidentally mixed up my booking in error. Obi called me from the hotel to clarify the error (which I was unaware I made) and corrected my reservation with no hassle. When we arrived the issue was still ongoing (due to the site we booked through) but he let us check in and clarify the issue, with no extra cost. The room was clean and simple, perfect for resting and showering. The bed was very comfortable. The location is very convenient and the pool was clean and refreshing. We will stay here again.
